So that you can start enjoying your Sands Fulton purchases, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery locations

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses. We require a physical address for all orders and deliveries.

Royal Mail – Carbon Footprint

We place all deliveries with Royal Mail to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum because Royal Mail use postmen and women who make door-to-door deliveries by foot. This delivery method does not create special journeys for one parcel.
Where Royal Mail is unavailable due to strikes, service interruptions, or delays, we will use other tracked delivery services from the most carbon-footprint-friendly services available.

Guide to Standard Delivery Charges

FREE UK standard Delivery on orders over £50.
UK standard delivery (orders under £50) is £3.95
Opting for UK next-day delivery £5.95

Delivery charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. If your order exceeds the minimum delivery charge, we will contact you to advise the excess amount and take payment before processing your order.

Due to Royal Mail updating their collection times, all orders for Next Day Delivery will need to be ordered before 9 am. Orders placed over the weekend may not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday).

When ordering Monday to Friday for next-day delivery, please order before 9 am to guarantee the service.

When your order arrives, please check that it’s complete and notify us immediately if there’s a problem.
