(UK) Returns Cancellation Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase you place with us at all times. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below so that your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

Step 1. Cancel/ Return request

You can cancel or request to return unwanted items after purchase by notifying us as soon as possible by email and within 14 days of purchase.
You can request either an exchange or a refund on your returned items.
Please email customer services to request your cancellation/return.

Condition of Returns
All returned goods, unless faulty, must be in the condition they were when dispatched. This means items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and seals intact with the original packaging.

Step 2.  Confirmation and Instructions

Our customer care team will confirm receipt of your wish to exchange or return items via email with any special instructions.

RETURN COSTS
Goods must return to us at your own cost no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your wish to return. Return postage to us does not apply to faulty goods; please contact customer services for assistance.
Kindly follow the instructions below and enclose the returns form with the items you wish to
return.  If you did not receive a returns form with your order or have lost your returns form, please email us at customer services and we will email you a replacement form.

Step 3. Returning Goods

Customers are welcome to send their item(s) back using any postal service; however, we request that you send your item(s) back to us by registered post and keep your proof of postage for reference.
This is because the goods purchased are the customer’s responsibility until they are returned to us.

Customer Return obligations
Kindly note we cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the post.

We recommend that you insure and track the return shipment and retain the proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive the goods back.
Kindly note you have a duty to take reasonable care of goods included in orders you receive, return or cancel under the CCRs, including the following obligations:

Clothing must only have been worn for purposes of trying on and must be clean
Footwear must only have been tried on indoors and must not be scuffed or marked
Where any product is contained in a sealed package or container, it must remain sealed.

Step 4. Receipt/ Inspection/ Refund/ Confirmation

After we receive the returned goods, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to have the goods sent to you when you placed the order.

We will refund you the full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, from the day we receive evidence of the goods being sent back.

Kindly note that we cannot refund for special postage, express, or dedicated day delivery costs of an unwanted good that arrived on time, as this part of the express or special service was performed by our service and partners correctly in the transaction.

Refund Confirmation
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and the refund is processed.

Brand Partners Returns Refunds Policies

Items delivered by our Brand Partners can be returned directly to them using their Returns Process. Please follow our brand partners’ return instructions enclosed with your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once the Brand Partner has received your parcel and a refund has been processed.

You will receive a refund if returns to our Brand Partners comply with their returns policy. We currently do not offer exchanges for items supplied and delivered by Brand Partners. Please follow our partner’s procedures and return instructions for returning your order directly to the Brand Partner using the documentation provided.
